Serious training, humble people

Full-contact karate is demanding, and we treat it with respect. Our culture is no-ego: students bow in, work hard and look after one another, whether they are nine or forty-nine.

Discipline here is something you build together on the dojo floor.

Index 03 / Belt grading

Every belt is earned, twice a year

Each spring and fall we hold a belt-grading ceremony. Students demonstrate what they have learned, families come to watch, and the whole dojo celebrates the work behind every new belt. Progress is steady, honest and earned.
