Content Rules

These rules apply to everything made, uploaded, published, shared or sold on SmrtSites — sites, templates, profiles and reels.

Not allowed

• Anything illegal, or that helps someone break the law.
• Sexual content involving minors — we remove it, close the account and report it to the authorities.
• Sites that pretend to be another person, company or government, including fake login, payment or “account verification” pages, and anything built to collect passwords or card numbers under false pretences.
• Malware, scams, fake stores, fake reviews or testimonials presented as real, and misleading health or financial claims.
• Harassment, threats, content that attacks people for who they are, or that encourages violence or self-harm.
• Sexually explicit material.
• Other people’s private information (home addresses, ID numbers and the like) without their permission.
• Material you don’t have the rights to — someone else’s photos, text, logos, fonts or designs. See Copyright & Takedowns.
• Spam, or using SmrtSites to get around its limits (for example, many trial accounts).

What happens if something breaks the rules

We may remove the content, take a published site offline, delist a template, or suspend the account, depending on how serious it is. Public text, published pages and uploaded pictures are also checked automatically, and the check can block them. To explain or appeal any decision, email support@elevationark.com.
