Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. Here’s how refunds work.

Credit packs

If you haven’t used any credits from a pack, email support@elevationark.com within 14 days of buying it for a full refund. Once credits from a pack are used, that pack can’t be refunded.

Plans

Cancel any time in Account → Billing; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal caught you by surprise, email us within 7 days of it and we’ll refund it as long as you haven’t used that period’s credits.

Automatic refunds

If a generation, build or AI edit fails, the credits it held are returned to you automatically — you don’t need to ask. In a generation you only pay for the designs that come out; the rest are returned.

Downloads and publishing

Unlocking downloads for a site (which also unlocks publishing) can’t be refunded once you’ve downloaded or published that site.

Marketplace templates

You can refund a template from Account → Sites within 7 days of buying it, as long as you haven’t used or exported it. After that, contact us if something is wrong with it.

EU and UK customers

Digital content and credits are supplied immediately. By buying you ask us to start right away, and your 14-day right to withdraw ends once you start using them. Unused packs can still be refunded as above.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days. Credits from a refunded purchase are removed from your balance.
