Common questions
- How do credits work?
- Credits pay for AI work: generating up to five designs, building the full site, AI edits, AI pictures and so on. The price of each action is shown on its button before you press it. Credits from packs never expire; plan credits arrive every month.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Account → Billing → Manage subscription opens Stripe’s billing page, where you can cancel at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
- Can I get a refund?
- See the Refund Policy (linked below). If something went wrong with a generation, send us a request with the site name and we’ll look at it — failed AI work is refunded automatically in most cases.
- I didn’t get my sign-in code
- Codes come from SmrtSites within a minute. Check spam and promotions folders, and make sure the address is spelled right. You can ask for a new code after a minute.
- How do I change my email or delete my account?
- Account → Account. Changing email and deleting both send a code to confirm it’s you. You can also download all your data there.
- How do I put my site on my own domain?
- Open the site, choose Publish, then Domain. Buy one inside SmrtSites or connect one you already own — the steps are shown for your domain company.

- Use the copyright form on the Copyright & Takedowns page so we have everything we need to act on it quickly.
